Consumer Credit Counseling – you should have a local office in your town; it’s a free service.
(In the USA) Go with a member agency of the National Foundation for Credit Counseling. In the recent bust of 100’s of consumer credit non-profits by the IRS, none of the busted non-profits were members of the NFCC.

Payplan but they may be uk only. They are a debt management company.
Consumer Credit Counseling would be your best bet. Honestly, I believe they are a free service and therefore, should have your best interest (not your money) in mind.
